Any anchorage around Semeling Kedah?

Hello, does anyone know of any anchorages between Langkawi and Penang, possible around the Semeling / Sungi Patani estuary? in Kedah

looks like you could quite happily anchor in any of the river mouths along the coast,with pollen paths shoal draft,just enter and leave on a rising tide so as not to get stuck in the mud!

possibilities also to anchor of the offshore islands as well as the ikan bilis fishing boats do
