Android Waypoints and Routes

Just finishing an installation on an Android tablet, Everything seems to be in pretty good shape except for waypoints and routes. All the documentation / user manuals I have been able to find refer to PC cursers, keyboards and clicks. Is ther any documentation for Android waypoints and routes ?

Thank You
Bruce

Hello, there is no specific documentation for the android version.

If you are using the paid version (Dave register), please post your question on " the app support forum", you need to have an account

The Navionics App now allows you to import/export .GPX files which is the format used for Way-points, routes and tracks by most Garmin plotters

Yes, but it took me a while to figure out how to import. I needed to use a file manager app (I use X-Plore) and select a .gpx file. It didn't prompt me to open using Navionics at that point. I had to select *.*(which I guess means "other") and then I was able to select Navionics. It opened the .gpx file and imported the routes just fine.

I still use OpenCPN a lot, but I'm finding more and more to like about the Navionics app. It's good to have more than one, anyway.
