Android paid app registration?

sorry for what may be a repeat question, we always struggle with the search function here. I purchased and downloaded the paid android app. Last night I registered to be able to get on that forum but have not yet gotten an authorization. Does it normally take this long? Thanks for any help.

I am having trouble getting charts to show. I see the chart outlines but some charts show and others don't depending on zoom scale. I tried turning chart quilting on and off no effect.
