Re: Android OpenCPN not recognizing internal GPS

Dave,
I have posted over on the commercial post forum, but you don't seem to be monitoring that one as I have seen no response to them. My last post was here on the 10th Oct:

Re: Android OpenCPN not recognizing internal GPS

Is there a flyspray for the commercial version of the android version? I would like to raise an issue on there to formalise the request to get a fix. As the android version is now a paid for app I am hopping to get a response to issues being raised. This is quite different from the open source/free version of the application where I may expect a 'best can do' response.

Re: Android OpenCPN not recognizing internal GPS

I have no doubt now that the android version will not work on Asus TF300T or TF101. I have got it to work for a few minutes with trying with various changes to the messages that OpenCPN will read but it then drops the signal after a short while and will not run again. It runs perfectly in the same location on my Samsung smartphone so ergo it is not the program it is within the Asus. Unfortunate fact, but I am keeping an eye on these posts to see if there is a fix that I have missed.
