android forum

Hi
I tried to sign up for the android forum but never got an activation email.
I don't see anyway to contact any one there.

Any one here have ideas? Would be much appreciated?

My problems are
1) The android app is not detecting my location from internal GPS. I have given the app permission and done the obvious things. My phone is Moto G5 Plus

2) I carefully set up the dashboard jsut how i like it (the reason i bought the app at all) but every time i quit and restart the program it forgets the settings and stops showing the dashboard.

Which Android version do you have, the one by Dave Register, one the one by Maison Automatique?
The Dave Register one works best for me.

Sorry for slow reply... was out sailing!

No I have not recieved the activation email, was not in junk folder or trash or spam or anything like that.

Could I have put a typo into my email addresses?

Anyway - I'm doing better now. For some reason later that day the gPS just started working, and I figured out that each time the program starts up I have to turn the dashboard display back on, but this can be done from the main screen on the tool bar on the side. Previously I was digging all the way through the settings each time....

Dave can you personal message me the email i registered with?

For what its worth google sent me a receipt. Perhaps this order number is helpful?
