AIS target list window does not appear

When I right click and choose AIS target list I see a flash but the window doesn't open. I reinstalled opencpn but that didn't help.

Anyone familiar with this problem?

It's possible that you, by accident, have reduced the target list to nothing. This should not be possible, but it is. As such this is a bug, and I'll enter the problem in the tracker.

Please read this bit in the Wiki -> Installing OpenCPN | Official OpenCPN Homepage

Then go ahead and stop OpenCPN.
Rename the opencpn.ini file.
Restart OpenCPN. All your settings will be lost. It's like a new install.
If my assumption is correct you should now be able to see the target list.

Re: AIS target list window does not appear

Another way to make the AIS Target list to disappear (W7):

make the W7 bottom tool bar permanent (stays, does not disappear/re-appear with mouse over) and now drag the Target List window under the tool bar. You will see it under the semi transparent bar, but you can't grab it. Closing O doesn't help as the position has been written to the ini file.

Funny......
