AIS radar - targets not same hading as on map

When enabling AIS RADAR plugin, I noted that thee is a difference of displayed heading for AIS targets displayed in the radar window as displayed in the main window/map. The actual Ais targets is not moving/moored ( AIS transponder seems to be "under way using engine"

It seems to be a bug since both the map display and the AIS radar display does not show the same direction of the AIS targets. see enclosed screen shoot.

Could we see the OpenCPN AIS target list as well? Just to get a third opinion....

I does not know the reason - Also trued to fire up a USB stick with Xinutop and O 4.0 with AIS radarwiew 0.98 - on this version vessels displayed on the map is can not be seen in the AIS radar window ( due to no GPS fix ?? )

Also in 4.2 with AIS radar 1.0, sometimes AIS targets displayed on the map is not displayed in the AIS radar window.

I can confirm that the behaviour is the same under O 4.0 with AIS radar 0.98. ( Linux Xinutop)
For some reason, AIS targets is not shown on the AISradar display if the system has no GPS position fix, but this might be normal to be able to show the distance from ownship in the AIS radar window.

I has been watching the AISradar targets for some minutes. My testing is done indoors with bad GPS coverage where the GPS position fix is coming and going. When loosing GPS fix, the AIRradar targets will have random direction even if the same targets on the map is stable and correct, so it seems that the problem is related to GPS compass course / GPS position on my desktop system not always have a GPS fix. But even so, if the AIS targets show on the AIS radar, they should display in the same direction ad on the map as long as both the map and AIS radar is set to North up.
