I have the ENCs working, or so I think. I uninstalled without saving any configuration or user data, deleted all opencpn directors in program data and program (86x) and then reinstalled. I copied my user data into the program data directories. My old data is now there and the ENCs seem to be working as before. I have restarted my machine several times. Fingers crossed!
