2.3.1 Documentation

Firstly thanks to you all for all your hard work.

Just downloaded the 2.3.1 documentation zip file. It extracts ok, but the OpenCPN User Manual.html just opens as a continuous document, none of the 'click-on' initial menu links go anywhere. The 2.1.0 version I had used previously worked fine.

Is this how it is, or is there something I am doing wrong?

I have just tried both the version that comes with OpenCPN and the separate download of the 2.3.1 documentation. I both cases the initial links in "Table Of Contents" just works and leads to anchors in the text. Many other links works as well such as those in the paragraph explaining the tool-bar buttons.
I'm sure there are some links that doesn't work, for example links to pages on the net (not opencpn.org), unless you happen to have an Internet connection.
I don't know why you have the problem you describe. Possibly some browser setting? I'm testing with Firefox on Linux.

Re: 2.3.1 Documentation

Interesting. Following your post Thomas, I tried opening the file with Firefox rather than IE and it works.
Thanks for pointing me to the solution.
