Re: Trivia for the day

Question: What is a word made up of 4 letters, yet is also made up of 3. Sometimes is written with 9 letters, and then with 4. Rarely consists of 6, and never is written with 5?

Delmarry,

Not much happening in Blaine, eh?

I'm sailing up there in early July.

Still raining here a bit but should stop by the time you get in the Salish Sea. It's head into the wind all the way until you get into the inlet. Once you're in the Sound, go with the tide flows.

Lots of room here in Blaine for a 44 at a reasonable price. I'll be pulling out next weekend.

You forgot the really interesting bit about up.

Turn it upside down and reverse it and you get dn. Short for "down" ..the real opposite geometrically and verbally of up. Dah dah!

Clearly some of us have nothing constructive to do.

You've got to watch those screens, always waiting to strike!

Bodega Harbor.

I stopped there on my way up. Anchored on the ocean side for the night due to fog and motored in the next morning. Took a long walk up to the main store for more supplies and topped off with fuel. Nice little town. Ate at the Japanese restaurant.
