Radar not pairing

I have. A Quantum Chirp WiFi Radom
The chart plotter no longer sees radar unit
The radar is now in standby mode
Tried password and still won’t connect
Ray marine said to download latest radar software
Turning power on and off does not help
Any thoughts?

You can’t know it’s on standby if it’s not connected.

If you updated the firmware you have to re pair.

What changed to cause this? If you did nothing, then I’d un pair and start over. Be very careful with the password. Caps and all or it will not pair.

We had to climb mast to get SSID and passwords I through out the paper work
Yes costly mistake
We paired and radar was back!
