Name the Boat

While the boat depicted is not a high production offering, it is a boat that has had more press than other's in this small production range. I started this contest in the monohull topic header only to find out certain folks are great at sleuthing and would discover my file, folder, and other ids, what the boat was and name it on the first picture. I believe I have reworked it now so that to id the boat you would have had to pay attention reading media hype, or you have been aboard the boat, or seen it or sister ships in action.

A picture a day will be posted, starting with the hardest to id her by.
This boat has run two days with two pictures in the monohull topic, so you will get two pictures here to start.

Re: Name the boat

Well there's no one in the pictures gloating about how great it is that so that rules out a catamaran.

Re: Name the boat

judging by the crappy build id say it is either a jeaneau or older benneteau,39-41 ft,3cabin charter boat

Re: Name the boat

OK, hint time, after atoll's comment on "crappy build", it is a 20 year old, so I'll include a very low res picture from the brochure, nicer looking.
