Re: I need a list of tools????

Bolt cutters,, Big ones! If you lose the stick, you need to free it quickly before it punctures the hull.

Hammers
Screwdrivers from small to large philips and flat head
Multi grips
Spanners Full kit
Multi meter
hack Saw with spare blades
Paint Scrapers
Paint brushes ( good for dusting )
Allen keys
tape measures
Soldering iron + solder
Wire strippers
Side cutters
Large and small Shifters
Knives assorted
Plunger
Inso and gaff tapes
wd40 or equivalent
bag of rags
vice grips
assorted clamps
12 volt drill
Vaseline to coat your tools with to minimize rust.
Magnet stick (for when you drop that annoying screw under the motor)

Thats off the top of my head.. l will have missed a few things no doubt.

Re: I need a list of tools????

I would say treat your toolkit like your first aid kit: don't have anything in it that you don't know how to use, at best it would gather dust, at worst it could lull you into a false sense of security and you still wouldn't be able to fix the initial problem.

Test light for 12 vollts
Volt meter
Wire cutter
Wire strippers
Wire crimping tool
Electrical tape

Oil can
Grease

6" x 6" x10" PT wood block to use as a wood anvil

2 long (16") screw drivers for prying

Re: I need a list of tools????

I almost couldn't get by without my Knipex Cobra pliers.
A strap wrench,
Little wire brushes, in addition to the stuff above.
