A new threat while cruising?

Maybe someone should build a cruising boat to the same design. Interesting that of all the hull forms available to a blank sheet project, they chose a trimaran.

How would they handle a USCG inspection? It seems they could be used for smuggling very easily.

How do they get around regulations requiring someone be on watch? I know single-handers have the same problem, but at least they are awake some of the time.

If you are able to tow one in, do you own it?

Man there are a ton of possible legal ramifications here.
