Yaesu FRG-8800
When refitting my boat, a MedMarine MonteCarlo 43 built in Cape Town in 1990, I replaced the Yaesu FRG-8800 with a newer ICOM SSB. I had the 8800 checked out by a pro, who indicated it is in good shape. Rather than sit on a shelf or worse, dumping it, I would like to see the unit with operating manual go to a good home, but have no idea of the utility and/or value of the system. Appreciate any info on the system so I can see if I can find a home for it.
