Encouraged by several comments also in CF I downloaded the img and put it on a 8Gb USB stick and changed the booting priorities in bios to external media.

However when I now reboot system hangs with "... no operating system ...."

Thought the img already included tinylx or some other op.

How have others got their stick loaded?

Mine worked straightaway, with the footnote that I had to get a new flash drive. The One I had hanging around did not cut it. Fwiw I used a 16gb drive, but No idea if that has anything to do with your issue.

It's been great so far--worth the growing pains!

Now if I could only figure out the X11 Remote Desktop i would be elated...
