Hi All,

If you even care, and don't have a Pactor 3 TNC for Winlink 2000 or Sailmail HF SSB email, then go read this.

Pretty soon you will be able to send emails from the High Seas or some little remote cove for pennies on the dollar.

It works on my computer, and will soon be a great backup to the TNC.

So, is anyone working on a Linux implementation? Of course, a Linux version of a WL2k-compatible mail program would be nice, too!

PSK (http://pskmail.wikispaces.com/) is another alternative (and works on multiple platforms)... The good news about WINMORE is that it appears it will be a fully open, documented, and license-free protocol, unlike PACTOR.
