We have used a Bullet years with no issues until 2015 which every electronics seemed to die.

I ordered a replacement online and it was bricked out of the box. Ordered another and got it configured and then it wouldn't recognize the password from from figuration. Tried a factory reset...unit would not reset.

Ordered a Groove 52HPn and a router from

Install was painless
