Just to clarify a typo in the ticket thread above (unable to edit).

The sentence "there are many reasons for issues with long range WiFi/Cell connections, and believe it or not, they are not our fault"

should have read:

"there are many reasons for issues with long range WiFi/Cell connections, and believe it or not, they are not all our fault"
