Wanted: Autohelm 6000 indicating control head

The one outside broke but the one inside is still nicely doing it’s job. Anybody got one laying around?

I don't have one at the moment but I will in the next few weeks. I'm replacing it with a Garmin controller as part of an electronics upgrade. It is from my Autohelm ST 6000

Kicking this thread again as Rich might have the wrong unit. If I am not mistaken the ST 6000 control head is incompatible with the 6000 computer.

Anybody got a Autohelm 6000 control head lying around?

I think I may have one but I need to check, I don't remember the model number but looks about same I think. My main course computer went kaputt so looks like I can't use the old control head.. Unless you have a working computer for me?

You know it wouldn't be real cheap but Garmin has a replacement control head that uses all the old drive components of Autohelm autopilot. That's what I'm replacing mine with The new ones integrate a lot more with the other electronics.

Still cheaper than a new autopilot.
