I am having constant difficulty with my Vision's touch screen
. It is unresponsive. Most of the time it does not respond to a touch until after many, many attempts and it takes quite a bit of pressure to function when it finally does respond. Also, half the time it opens the wrong function page when it responds.
I have been in contact with Vesper many times. They keep telling me to recalibrate the screen
, which I have done numerous times without success. The latest response from them is to do a firmware update and see what happens.
This unit has had this problem since installed earlier this year and seems to be getting worse.
Has anyone had this issue, and does installing the firmware update fix it?
I am going to update it later today, but I really suspect there is something wrong with the unit. Vesper tech support has not been much help, other than repeatedly telling me to recalibrate the screen and yesterday's email
advising me to perform a firmware update.
