Two Sets of Instruments......

Our pilothouse sailboat has instruments inside I would like to have in the cockpit as well. Like oil temperature, oil pressure and coolant temperature .
Would it be possible to run a second lot of instruments parallel to the first set or do I need to fit another set of sensors?

Thanks
Reiner

Re: Two Sets of Instruments......

Use NMEA2000-compatible sensors and you can have numerous gauges displaying all parameters all over the ship.

Re: Two Sets of Instruments......

it might be more cost effective and easier to fit one of these, rather than duplicate the instuments, and still not have an audible alarm outside.

Re: Two Sets of Instruments......

Dual Station Senders, operating two Gauges, will have One-Half the Resistance values of Single Station Senders. The gauges remain the same.
