Turn off instruments at the panel or individually?

Bonjour,
Just wondering if its kosha to turn off my raymarine st70 wind, autopilot and E90W at the panel inside or is it best practice to turn them off individually before flicking the switch inside?
It's simpler just to flick the one switch on the panel and they all start up fine, but I'm just wondering if this is bad for the electronics at all?

Perfectly all right. Don't worry about it at all.
