Standard Horizon CP 180 and C-Card

The boat I am currently on has an older Standard Horizon CP 180 on it. It does have a C card slot. In the instruction manual it mentions that you can backup info from your GPS and put it back onto that same gps but there is no mention of whether or not you can put info on the card from a laptop and dump it onto the cp180. I am interested in transferring a bunch of waypoints from my laptop to the cp-180. Is this possible?
