When you say other instruments, do you mean that other devices, like say an ST-60+ Graphic, can receive and display NMEA/SeaTalk wind data? In either case, it appears the ST-60 Wind instrument - or the masthead unit - is malfunctioning. If the other devices receive wind data, then the ST-60's display is bad. If not, then probably the whole unit is bad, and it's only relaying power thru its SeaTalk
cable power lead (red wire). If the unit displays 0 knots (or 0 degrees), then it could be the masthead unit, or the input circuitry the masthead unit wiring
