Wow, slow down.

The local time here in FLL is only 1755 right now.

I thougt 1930 was the target...Did not forget, but perhaps we have the wrong time...?

Since I may have confused the time zones....Lets try 35 minuttes from now, that would be 1830 local FL, or 2330 Z (Coordinated Universal Time)

Let me know if ya get this msg.

Have it all written donw and will walk out to the boat now and warm up the radio, then come back and check these here pages.

Now got the radio going on 12 and hear some guys yakking in Spanish.

If they are still on the channel when we try in 9 minuttes, lets try the other channels in the sequence ya suggested.

Hmm, tried all channels, but no joy.

Guess ya did not get the above messages?

We can try again tomorrow and perhaps use e-mail or private messages so we don't fill up this here forum with fluff.

I will be out

I missed the message. Heard the Spanish speakers on 12 as well. Agree we should go private mail.

I will out friday can we try for sunday evening.

Times must be gotten confused. I started at 6:30 AST. Let me recheck the time zones.

Sorry about that.

Antenna discussion

A good thread from the SSCA < http://www.ssca.org/ > Discussion Board: http://ssca.org/sscabb/index.php?

Specifically:
“Why Bother With a Really Good Antenna?”

FWIW,
