Just got flicked this link for a Solar powered PC.

Havent looked at it yet as I don't require it yet, and not being a geek it would mean bugger all to ne anyway, anyway, someone knowledgable here is bound to understand and report back.

On a related note, I found a site recently with 12 volt power supplies for PC's. They are designed to go in the regular power supply spot in a desktop case.

In Australia, which is where I got mine
Australian online computer hardware store with a reputation of fast delivery
I got a Via EN m/board, draws about 14 watts at full speed. Has a problem with Vista that isn't resolved yet but should be.
