SMS TowBoatUS w/ InReach?

I have an InReach, I'd like to have the option to message TowBoatUS. I've seen articles online that say it's possible, but I can't find a SMS incoming number for them. When I call TowBoatUS they don't know.

Anyone set this up?

I called BoatUS again this morning and this time I got someone who knew what an InReach was. However, they said they no longer support direct contact from InReach and if I need a tow or other support I should contact Garmin and they would relay the information to BoatUS.

It sounded odd, so I called Garmin. They didn't have knowledge of BoatUS (InReach is under their general outdoors and trekking category, not their Marine group), but said I should just push the SOS button and their service would do their best to help out. I said I thought SOS was like a mayday call and shouldn't be used unless something was life threatening. The Garmin person said it was ok to use it. OK.

I guess the option would be to have a friend on shore who could be your relay to TowBoat, but they may not hear a txt in the middle of the night.
