Sirius weather XM with Raymarine E120 Chart plotter

I am contemplating adding the Sirius XM SR150 marine weather receiver to interface with my Raymarine e120 chart plotter.The Sirius top of the line subscription is $49.99 a month.
I can not find any information that tells me the coverage area for reliable weather information.
Anyone using this service with the highest level subscription able and willing to give some feedback. Is it US / Canada cover only? Any use in the Caribbean?
