Simrad WP30 help

My WP30 autopilot has stopped working. Simrad is of no help at all. They offer no support of any kind. It is getting power but seems to not know what direction it is facing. The clutch and drive seem OK. Can anyone provide any information on parts or repairs. Since it is self contained, it can be easily removed and shipped for repair.

I appreciate the info but I already called them and they had a very bad attitude giving me NO HELP whatsoever. I also spoke with some major installers who were very mad as well. After installing and entire suite of Simrad electronics and running into a problem just weeks after the company was purchased, they blew him off too! No help, no parts, no paperwork of any kind. No technicians will even look at my WP30 because no parts are available.
