Seatalk to NMEA 0183

Seatalk to NMEA 0183
Looking for a simple program to load on a Arduino UNO or simular device to convert Seatalk to NMEA 0183. So that I can display the Wind, Speed, Depth on Open CPN or other NMEA ready systems. I can do the transistor hardware stuff but I'm still looking for the software.
