When I register my boat , they didn't require me to change the mmsi, it was registered to France previously and I registered to Greece using the same.mmsi different boat name

My mistake just figure out that the radio didn't had a mmsi set during the change.

Yes, of course the initial MMSI is user set, I assumed this was understood but I didn't make that clear - my bad. Subsequent changes requires the change to be carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised agents.
