Registering new owner for MMSI number

Hi guys.....
I have bought my first boat, can anyone tell me who I inform to change the details on the ITU Database ?
I cant see anything on the ITU website, apart from 'contact the relevant authority - with a link that doesnt work.
I am based in the UK if that helps a y,

To change the SSR on line in the UK you need the MCA

With respect that's not the OPs problem. He merely wants to update the ITU database with the correct owner details. A new MMSI is not issued simply because the owner changes.

If he needs to change the SSR. That's a totally different issue

Ofcom may well be unique in agencies of that type by being friendly, helpful and efficient. Give them a call.
