Raymarine ST70+ Display problems

Hi,
We have two ST70+ Displays, last year they started to fade once getting warm, this summer even worse. only 4 years old, and we are sailing in Scandinavian waters, so not really the Med.

Any explaination - or fix tips ??

Otherwise, weather update,
25C air and 17C in the fjord, not bad for Sep!

Re: Raymarine ST70+ Display problems

Re: Raymarine ST70+ Display problems

Thanks,
but would not a voltage drop, also effect the other instruments ( plotter ) on the same "backbone" - would the heat, effect the voltage? ( it is only a problem with fading during a hot day ( and yes we always cover the display's when not in use )
