Raymarine ST4000 control unit needed - trade wheel drive

Howdy fellow sailors,
I'm getting ready to sail my home from San Diego to San Fran, and picked up a couple of wheel drive st4000 units with one controller. The controller does not work (won't power on). I was wondering if someone had one from an upgrade or know someone who has one. They're hard to find. I'd be willing to trade one of my wheel drives (st4000). I have two that work.

Hello,
I have a used ST4000 (the non+ version) autohelm head I just took off (upgraded to an under decks hydraulic). It comes with a white cover, and if you want I can throw in a wheel drive - the drive was nothing but a nuisance in the end (kept popping apart and belching the belt out), but could be good at least for parts (motor? Case? Clutch lever?). Make me an offer! I saw them on eBay for $300+s/h, but that sounds excessive to me (although I'd be happy to get that, surely).
See photos for condition. LCD works, but I don't have a recent photo of it working.
