I got that converter, I just don't know if I am hooking it up right. Right now, the converter came with a five terminal bar. Blue, white, yellow, white, blue.
I have another five terminal bar, but no yellow in the middle that came with something else. I have the right blue plugs on both bars connected with a short blue cable. I have the white plug
next connected to an I70 instrument, I'm not sure which one.
the yellow in the middle, at first I had left blank. I had plugged the rf base for the smart controller into the white plug. Inside the rf base there are slots for three colored wires. There is no manual I know of that explains how to attach the rf base. So I guessed. I assumed it worked since my smart controller (SC) charged and turned on, but when I plugged in my autopilot after mounting it the next day, the SC said no pilot see red, even the the i70 panel works and e pilot works.
so I switched and hooked the yellow plug in, instead of the white one. Still acts the same.
So what am I doing wrong? Thanks for the help, I tried to make it as clear as I could.
