Raymarine, old Simrad and new Garmin plotter

I have a new Garmin 720s chartplotter, 5 old Simrad is11 instruments and a Raymarine s6000+ autopilot. Is it possible to get them to "talk" together? I would like to hear about all possibilities, but especially about how i can get wind data to work with the chartplotter, so it can stear according to the wind. And which informations would be possible to see on the chartplotter.
Greatings from Denmark!
