Raymarine Autopilot st6000

Hi all,

Got real problems with the pilot, seems to be ok for About 5 mins then If your not using it, it beeps constantly and all the buttons freeZe, to stop the beeping you press a button, but the Unit is non functioning however the bearing is still shown. After about 10mins it seems to come back to life not ideal really!!

Any ideas anyone?

Re: Raymarine autopilot st6000

check all the connections, sounds like a loose one or corrosion might be the problem.

Inspect each on to see if any of them have a green color on them. If so clean with a small brass or steel brush .
