Position reports on google map or web page maps

Hello. We have an iridium phone that can send position reports via email to a designated email address at time intervals. I am wondering how to place those reports on a google map or similar that could be linked to on our blog page so it will update our position automatically and preferably track our previous positions as well.
The email format which is sent is as below but could possibly be altered in the advanced settings.

SMS from 881622488790@msg.iridium.com

Lat+17deg30'37" Lon-54deg21'49" Alt+143ft GPS Sats seen: 07 2015-02-26 14:30UTC http://map.iridium.com/m?lat=17.510462&lon=-54.363753 Sent via Iridium!

Thankyou for any advice

Re: Position reports on google map or web page maps

Your best bet might be to contact Iridium and ask them if there ARE any mapping sites that can parse the data in the format they have used. Or, if the data can be sent in a different format that can be used. It's a trivial (ha) programming job to parse data, but given the many ways that companies choose to string it together, I wouldn't be surprised to find that a non-standard format had no existing support.
