Over Thinking

I have read some of the threads about barometers. What is confusioning is setting/calabration. Is the sea level different in different parts of the world? ie Atlantic, Pacific, Med etc. The thing that makes the most sense is to watch the movement either up or down. Might go with the string rock process I saw earlier.

I have way too much time on my hands.

What is important it the relative change. I remember one my grandfather had that said "fishing" across the top with a good to bad scale. Like a lot of stuff we overthink the weather.

Over Thinking might occasionally be a problem*; but not nearly as serious a problem as Under Thinking; which is always a problem.

* I often overthink things, and have to (after I catch myself) back up to first and basic principles.
