No ETA Option on New SI-Tex Chartplotters

just install a new EC7E chartplotter by SI-Tex and didn't find an ETA feature. The company service department answer that indeed there chartplotter based on C-map do not have that feature ( the former COLORMAX by Si-Tex use also C-Map and have that feature...)
did anyone face that problem with another chartplotter - no ETA feature?
