NEMA Weather Data to Web?

Does anyone know an easy way(or links) to provide on-board nema data to a webpage? Specifically, I'm looking at being able to provide on-board wind speed and direction from NavMan windmeter to a Citizen Weather Observer Program (CWOP). I could buy a weather station but thought why not use marine grade equipment already on-board(and at top of mast). I do have a full time internet connection and a small xp computer doing nothing most of the time. I also, have a ham radio but not comfortable having it tx without being present. Any ideas?
