Then open that download.

Assuming you are discussing an autopilot.

I don't know about the early versions before Autohelm became Raymarine but if it is one of the units where the head can be set up for various models in "dealer setup" the reset procedure is to:

go into dealer setup, set it for a different model,

go out of dealer setup which will load the program for the chosen model over that already in memory,

go back into dealer setup and reload the original model and go back out of dealer setup. This reloads the correct program for the model you have back into memory.
