Navico 3G/4G One More Time (this time very specific)

So, maybe I was beating around the bush in a previous post.

Without any distractions and straight to the point:

Is it possible to buy just the Navico (B&G, Simrad, Lowrance) 3G or 4G radar dome and have functional output to something running OpenCPN?

Check to OpenCPN section. At one point, someone was working on a plug-in that would take the output of the 4G radar into OpenCPN.

Yes. I have that. 3g lowrance, direct to laptop, nothing in between but Ethernet cable. The plugin is still in beta, but its coming along. Several threads on here about it...☺
