NAC-2 using 4000MK2 wheel drive

Random question:

I have a 4000Mk2 Raymarine wheel drive from the previous owner autopilot. The old computer is DOA. the boat is a Beneteau 351 (1995)

I have a new B&G Zeus2 and I wanted to go with a new NAC-2 computer

Does anyone know if the NAC-2 will drive the 4000Mk2 wheel drive unit?

From what I can tell, the 4000Mk2 is literally just a 2 wire motor, and thus the NAC-2 outputs can drive it (the clutch is manual). And it seems the current draw is within limits...

I would install a rudder feedback unit, as it seems that the NAC-2 would need to get that feedback, but is there any reason the NAC-2 wouldn't drive the 4000Mk2 motor?

Thanks,
Simon
