Mystery box

I'm doing cleanup on the wiring in my boat and came across the attached. The box is labeled - TRIAX. It has to coax cables connected to the Out connectors and nothing connected to the input connector. It is wired to 12 vdc.

What is this box used for and should I remove it?

BTW - The boat does have coax wired into the cabin and the vberth, but I do not have any television service (cable or dish)

Re: Mystery box

Triax sells internet over tv cable and the box looks like a signal spliter. Probably last owner had cable tv+internet, the two outlets went to tv and router and incoming was the cable tv line.

It's a power inserter for a UFO tv antenna.
