Is there a program you can load on a computer that would tell you where there is music for that time of day?

Go here.. Short-Wave Frequency Schedule for BBC in ENGLISH at 01:57GMT ... that is just an example...drill down and find what you are most likely to hear in your location then go and check the station's schedule.... ie check the 'everything on 41 metre band' 'now' frinstance.

I suppose ethnic or country, folk. Public radio stuff from africa, eastern europe, south america etc.
