Miniplex 3 latest update drives mouse crazy under Win 10. Remedies?

Hi,

I had to switch my nav computer. The new one runs windows 10, latest version.
When I plug the 3USB N2k Miniplex 3 NMEA converter into the computer the mouse goes completely crazy. No matter if inbuild trackpad or external mouse.
Miniplex is on latest firmware.

Anyone had this happen too and found a solution?

I also run NavmonPC and OpenCPN on this machine, but both are not on.

Thanks for any support,

Franziska

Francisca, you can try this old fix we used when GPS serial port drivers made our mouse go crazy.

Regedit, then:

HKLM>System>CurrentControlSet>services>sermouse>St art=4

Awesome! That did the trick!
Thanks so much!

Now I only need to get OpenCPN to accept the input from the NavmonPC virtual port instead of the serial port from the Miniplex.

But that's of secondary importance. OpenCPN or NavmonPC can already receive the Miniplex (but not in parallel). Usually I loop data via NavmonPC to OpenCPN...
