[Sir Rondo Normal]

Hi there, I have just installed my new equipment and I'm having trouble getting data. I would appreciate any ideas of how to proceed.
Here is what I have:

Maretron DST110 triducer
Maretron WSO100 weather sensor
Actisense NGT-1 gateway
Macbook pro running MacENC v 8.75 on OSX Mavericks 10.9.5

What I have done:
I have been through the wiring and verified all connections
I have installed VCP drivers
I have uninstalled VCP drivers
I have installed d2xx drivers
I have uninstalled d2xx drivers
I have upgraded to Mavericks from Snow Leopard 10.6.8
I have tried all baud rate selections

When at baud rate 57600, I get a yellow indicator button on the instruments panel and some garble-dee-gook on the monitor panel (MacENC) but that's the most I've gotten so far.
Does anyone have some experience with this combination or some ideas? I am out of ideas and almost out of hair.

Well I tried installing a trial version of Polar Navy. No problem reading and displaying data from the Maretron equipment via the NGT-1.
So I guess I need to rethink my chart plotting software, as MacENC still isn't able to interpret the data.
Polar Navy seems good but still doesn't have the capability for displaying all the data that could be taken from my WSO100. For instance, I cannot configure it to display barometric pressure or air temperature.
Since I paid so much for the sensor, I figure I should at least be able to use all its features.
So maybe some of you could recommend a good software package.

Have you contacted the MacENC company directly? They have been extremely helpful and knowledgable in the past and on this forum.

In reply to Chris, I have actually gotten verification of a working network as per this thread. That was a good idea but as it turned out I was able to prove the network without resorting to that.

In reply to Mark, I have emailed MacENC and I'm still awaiting a reply. It's a weekend so I expect a reply soon. I hope there is a work-around for MacENC because I really do like that application.
