You don't need a big boat for these! The unit fits in the palm of your hand, it's tiny! Also, I get a 60" image with a distance of just over 8'. Even if you need to go below 8' distance, it will be a bigger than 24" picture before you know it.

It will project on almost anything, from a vinyl bulkhead to a piece of paper etc. Check out some Youtube vids on it as it's awesome
